Training Pathway
The course has been designed with complete flexibility in mind, allowing you to progress at your own pace. Whether you move quickly or take more time, the schedule adapts to you. However, we recommend allowing at least six months to gain a solid understanding of the market and develop the expertise required to become a fully fledged broker.

Online classroom training designed to give you the aviation knowledge you need to begin prospecting clients.

Sales Agent
5–6 months
On-the-job training where you actively grow your client list and gain real-world experience. You'll receive one-to-one mentoring and work the live market alongside your mentor, building practical expertise in charter sales. This stage equips you with the skills and confidence to progress into a fully fledged broker-in-training.

Once you demonstrate readiness with a strong client base, you will then go through the written exam.

The schedule adapts to you, but we recommend allowing at least six months to gain a solid understanding of the market and develop the expertise required to become a fully fledged broker.
Upon successfully completing the broker exam you will be invited to become a fully fledged, self-employed broker operating under the EchoJet brand, with full access to our infrastructure and ongoing support.
No — qualified brokers are self-employed and work on a commission basis. There is no ceiling: earnings grow with your experience, network and deal volume.
